Went to American Hustle last night.

I enjoyed it a lot.

7.75/10.

Snob.

It’s not gay to talk about your feelings, mate-I’ve been trying to tell you that for months now.

American Hustle was good. Best crime caper since The Departed or some other good film that I’m forgetting about.

Not sure if I mentioned already but also saw Nebraska recently. I’d say that was very good.

Have 12 Years A Slave but will go to the cinema to see that. The new Coen Brothers one looks very good too. And I have Dallas Buyers Club too which I may have missed in the cinema but I’m looking forward to viewing that.

Saw frozen at the weekend, it was brilliant.

more than a bit.

I watched Wolf of Wall Street last night. It’s great, funniest film I’ve seen in ages. The first hour or so is pretty devoid of any plot, but it doesn’t really matter because there’s so much going on that you don’t mind. I wish I was an early 90’s stockbroker on Wall St more than anything in the world now.

I wouldn’t say overacting, but I will agree that the only gripe I had with the film was that it took longer than necessary to reach the resolution. That said, I still thought it was good.

I made $970,000 last year. How much you make? You see, pal, that’s who I am. And you’re nothing. Nice guy? I don’t give a shit. Good father? Fuck you, go home and play with your kids!!

That is, without doubt, the greatest monologue in the history of cinema, and fuck anybody who says its not. That piece was specifically added in by David Mamet for the film with Baldwin in mind, and he fucking nailed it.

Absofuckinglutely,

Baldwin vs 3 oscar winners and acts all of them off the stage

Have you made your decision for Christ?

You, Levine, you call yourself a salesman, you sonuvabitch?

The Wolf of Wall Street is absolutely tremendous.

Di Caprio’s best ever performance.

We’re adding a little something to this month’s sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anybody want to see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you’re fired.

I’ve never seen this movie :frowning:

You got to see it Renton. One of the best I’ve ever seen.

Ditto-5 minutes here and there.
