Good Fillums

The Danish Girl. Two Oscar performances and Fassbinder is a spoiled idiot for leaving that.

Fassbender could have 10 of her ilk in the morning if he wanted. He’s on a different scale, Di Caprio scale, maybe even higher given prospective women already know what they’re in for.

Creed is absolute scutter.

The black lad who played Wallace in The Wire is a dreadful actor and is really unlikable.

Tony Bellew? FFS sake.

It’s fucking awful.

I was very disappointed. Heard good things about it, but I thoroughly agree. Stallone gave himself some good bits, but I genuinely cant see the hype.

Still didn’t expect Rocky to die tho.

Rocky cant be killed. You cant kill an ideal.

Yer man out of The Wire seems to be doing alright for himself despite not being able to act.

Bellew was fucking awful. He doesn’t even look like he has the physique of a fighter. Fucking hell, if you hire a pro boxer, he should at least appear to have the physique.

The scouse accent doesn’t transfer well to the big screen either.

Boxing films of late have been utter rubbish with the exception of The Fighter.

When did that ever stop anyone having a career?? Keanu? Affleck?

I liked Balboa, but you gotta take it for what it is.

I’ll say this, Stallone is aging really well as an “actor”, his face is so fucking weathered, and he really looks like someone who has been through the wringer.

Still though, imagine putting the finale of a film in fucking Goodison Park. Good fuck.

Affleck is good, mate.

Keanu was awesome in Point Break, Johnny Utah.

Young dumb and full of cum

Affleck has a fine career.

Yeah, I liked Balboa too.

Standard Rocky affair, solid 7/10.

This is just deplorable, I skipped over the fight with Bellew to the end.

It would probably have been decent if they cast someone different for Creed and kept Bellew and Liverpool out of it.

Watching John Wick. Surprisingly good film.

It is a solid revenge flick, they killed his fucking dog like? What more motivation did the man need?? The sequel obviously won’t be worth a fuck.

Is this the white version of The Equalizer, where one man takes on an eastern European mob, with gruesome results? Both great, unadulterated action films.

I saw The Revenant last night. It’s quite brutal and unrelenting in it’s violence and portrayal of survival in the wilderness. That being said its beautifully cinematic - the same cinematographer as Gravity and Birdman. Some of the scenes are breathtaking. This is a film that needs to be seen in a cinema.

Tom Hardy is super in it. All in all - an enjoyable enough film. If you liked films like Apocalypto then you’ll enjoy this.
