Went to see Civil War tonight. Good picture. Has a scene that’s as visceral as any I’ve seen in a movie.
Just watched this there on a whim. Superb, a gripping watch. I find pretty much anything Aussie I put on on Netflix is excellent.

Went to see it in Vue Liffey Valley last week. Other people who were at it said it was average, I thought was decent.
Challengers is pretty good, although the runtime wasn’t needed for the amount of story. Prince Charles was good in it.
Watched ‘Arrival’ (2016) there again last night on flix. Had seen it in the cinema when it was released. There’s a great finish to it.

Informative rating.
I wasn’t a big fan of the ending but really enjoyed the rest of it. The aforementioned scene with Plemons was chilling. That was despite a poor experience at the Odeon in Coolock when they had no popcorn or soft drinks so everyone was eating crisps noisily throughout.

I enjoyed Past Lives.
Knox Goes Away well worth a watch. Michael Keaton is excellent in it. He’s also the director.
Good fare.
