Louise Morrisey… Oranmore Festival 1989.
A heady Saturday summers evening in the small village as Lousie launched into her gig. Hopes were high for 3 in row so the crowd were easy to get going.
She wore a short black number and I distinctly remember something stirring in my pance.

She is/was married to Frank Kilbride, owner of the Park House Hotel in Edgeworthstown. He’s a DJ on Shannonside FM as well.
Didn’t she have trouble with a stalker as well?
She does a lovely version of Slievenamon.
Arah… I just hung out behind the laurel hedges in her lawn a few times. Nothing more.
Hopefully, this shuts up all the h8rs
Miss Britney Spears.

Springsteen, Costello and Grohl do London Calling at the Grammys, 2 months after Joe Strummer’s death.
A smashing tune.
Not a camera in the crowd. Mindful. Magic.
