Greatest striker?

Lineker or Shearar as Englands ???

Both worthy of mentions I would say.

Steve Bull…what a legend…won caps for England whiel palying in the lower leagues…The biggest clubs in England,Spain and Italy were all interested in signing him but the weirdo never left Wolves…

Terrible pity that Romario missed the 1998 World Cup due to injury. Him and Ronaldo together would have been some sight.

Romario was the coolest finisher i ever saw…

Was Bebeto a striker? He was another serious player on that Brazil team.

Greatest Strike partnership of all time was of course Jim Larkin and James Connolly circa 1913 the whole of Dublin City would come to a standstill when these boys were in their prime

Arthur Scargill up front on his own for me.

he’d good promise alright but never did anything after minor…

He was a lead from the front kind of striker alright

Good but not as good as the other two lads though I thought.

Hi-yo!!

Very good

Larsson isn’t fit to lace Fowlers boots :stuck_out_tongue:

He wasn’t even fit to sniff a line off his boots

Hardly comparable to the other strikers here in fairness. Only scored 13 goals in his two seasons playing at a high standard.

Hardly fair, he did it in Europe when it mattered too.

Only comparable to Steve Bull in that he was happy with mediocrity
