Whats the story with that courtcase re: the land at Powerstown. What stage is that at now?
I can inform all the National Meeting, will go ahead on the scheduled dates.
The Executive Committee of the Irish Coursing Club met this morning and decided that the 2010 National Coursing Meeting at Powerstown Park will go ahead on its original dates, Monday 1st, Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd February 2010.

Ah lovely.
Dunph - Pack your hip flask!

Bravo, well done all. The pressure brought to bear on them by the influential TFK Coursing Think-tank meant it was a fait accompli. Playing The Dunph card during the deadlock in negotiations worked a treat. They were about to waver for a while until my man banged his fist on the table and said The Dunph would not be going if the dates were changed. That pushed it home.
Dog racing is finished after tonight. FOREVER!
Whatâs happening tonight Flano? Iâm going to the X. Should I be alarmed?
Ah youâll know when it happens. Free bar for me tonight. Yahup.

Great news, absolutely great, i had feared the worst earlierâŚ
Flano,
Did you enjoy your evening at Harolds Cross?
I was there Dunph but I wasnât up in the private boxes so I didnât see Flano. I donât think any dog broke 30 seconds last night, while I was there anyway. There was a major tempest in the Dublin 6w area last night.
There was some good racing in Shelbourne Park last night. Burnpark Champ looked impressive in one of the heats from trap 6, heâd have been a decent price too. In one of the other heats i fancied Group Skater to win, i went into the tote at the Markets Field to put a monkey down only for some clown to be fooling around at the top of the queu, by the time i got to the counter the dogs were in traps and he wouldnât take my bet. :guns:
In other news, there was a major shock when George Bunratty was beaten in the first round of the Supporters of Limerick A1 525. She made up for a bad start though by finishing third and just about qualifying for the semi-final. I expect her to make up for this on Tuesday night by thoroughly routing the rest of the field in her semi-finalâŚ

ll come good when the money is at stake.
Thatâs good to hear.
What did you make of the lack of activity in the betting ring? 6-7 bookies there as well, astounding stuffâŚ
Limerick track is embarrassing as bookies go Dunph.
P.S. Im disappointed you didn
t call up to me.

I spotted you in the top bar alright but you seemed busy socialising so i didnât want to bother you. Besides, i was busy entertaining my own group. Did you spot Tom Ryan upstairs?
I was disappointed not to see the rest of the syndicate there, RintininâŚ
Myself, Mrs. Rintintin, RTT Jnr and the trainer were the only ones to show up. The rest only show up for finals, you know the way yourself. Didn`t spot Tom Ryan. How did Tip and Tin run in the 9th?
Sorry 10th, he should be a class above the other dogs in that stake.

I donât know if he ran at all. There were a good few non-runners on the night, Thurlesbeg Joker being a notable oneâŚ
Tip and Tin was on the card in Limerick & Shelbourne last night, he ran, and won in Limerick.
There werenât too many of ye at her last race in Galway now was there???

Tip and Tin ran in Limerick instead of Shelbourne? Was he not entered for the John J Casey??
