Pretty useless bit of info and may in reality be of little reverence, but the last time Nemo won the All Ireland they did aerobics for the first few months.
There was a transgender person in the changing room at my gym at the same time as me this morning. I got a bit of a shock and momentarily thought I had wandered into the wrong changing room.
