Has Darts eclipsed Snooker?

Been at the City West and 3 Arena multiple times and while there obviously was some idiots I always had great night’s and never felt uncomfortable. You were obviously unlucky where you were sitting.

I was at the first Taylor Anderson final and had great craic. Its a bit like being on a gigantic stag with thousands of people.I wouldn’t do any more than one night though as it’s a fuckin incredible rip off.You have to purchase tickets to pay for drink. They don’t take cash or card at the bar only tokens. They also pull down the shutters at 11 even if you’ve handed over tokens for a drink. And if you’ve got token left tough shit.

I love the Crucible but the snooker needs new players, the same lads playing now as when I was in my teens.New blood badly needed

Whats the capacity of the Ally Pally?

I suppose a smaller venue and more expensive tickets would keep the riff raff out to an extent.

In the 3 Arena, it felt like every Mr Flashy wannabe was there.

Didn’t Luca Brecel just win it?

There is new blood coming through. Its just that the class of 92 set an incredible bar.

People at the shop now banging on about it. Double triples and triple doubles. I fear I’ve missed this bandwagon entirely.

Who are they and why are they called that?

One swallow doesn’t make a summer.

I never realised the forum was quite so low brow. It’s come as quite the shock and has left me unsettled.

It’s aimed at chavs to be fair.

So you want brand new lads to have already won multiple world championships? It has 2 new world champions in the last 5 years

Hendry and Steve Davis make up the list?

I would say Hendry and Selby, but would not argue against Davis

Davis before my time. Swap him for Selby.

Come down to the Munster championship some day.

Selby was a tough watch at times… He killed snooker
