Really looking forward to this after the international break. Biton won’t be available until the Milan game. Forrest is out with a leg injury (is he a doubt for Milan?) and Mouyokolo is out long term of course.
Interesting to see if Pukki is involved at some stage - we could do with giving him 20 minutes if we want him to feature on Wednesday.
Ideally I’d like us to rest both Ledley and Brown after the international games and with such a big game ahead on Tuesday but we are seriously short on viable central midfield options, especially with Biton unavailable. What’s the story with Twardzik, is he injured? A shame we loaned out McGregor and Irvine as I would have hoped Lennon would have given them plenty of playing opportunities this season? Is McGregor a central player?

He is yeah.
Not sure on Twardzik, one of them scored a couple for the youths last week but forgot to pay attention to which one.
Reading this morning that Ledley is a doubt with a hip injury so I’d swap in Brown for him on your team in that case. I’d also try Matthews ahead of Lustig again - that could be useful in European away games so could try it out today.

Lustig has had to depart a lot of games through injury recently so best save him for Tuesday. Would prefer we went with Matthews ahead of Forrest on Tuesday as well.
Happy with that team, squad looks stronger in attacking options this season. A shame we couldn’t have got a centre back and another central midfielder in.
