They tried to stitch an honest man up.

Cleared by a jury of his peers. 100% innocent.

This is gonna ruin a few fellas day.

Not content with going on a murdering rampage of their own they have systematically ruined the lives of many ordinary Joe’s who just showed up to do an honest days work that day. The relish the Liverpool fans on here threw who themselves into ruining the lives of ordinary everyday hardworking people has destroyed any goodwill people might have had for the club. Klopp needs to issue a public apology to Duckenfield or this will always be remembered as the season of shame for LFC

This will totally overshadow Liverpool’s long overdue title win.

Unless Klopp issues a full public apology anything LFC do on the pitch will be meaningless after today

The stress Duckers was put through.

Glad justice prevailed, though.

A 30 year campaign to smear an innocent police officer and father as a murderer finally ends. They won’t accept the verdict either I bet.

Hopefully the Liverpool fans will now be tried.

Great to see the forums’ supporters of the British establishment showing their true colours.

Same lads who would not accept the verdict in the Rugbee Rape trial.

Justice will not be served unit the Liverpool fans are held accountable for the killings.

This man has had this ordeal hanging over him for 30 years. They tried to nail him in three separate trials.

It would only be fitting if Boris recognised him in the New Years Honours List.

Doubts were cast on the findings of the Hillsborough Independent Panel - the documents on which the 2016 inquest was judged on.

In particular, accusations were made over the credentials and bias of the panel.

The court heard that James Jones - who was Bishop of Liverpool at the time the panel was formed - chaired the committee.

Raju Bhatt, a lawyer, who in his own words ‘has dedicated his life to finding and exposing police brutality wherever it may lie’.

Katy Jones, a Liverpool native and TV writer, who famously produced the ITV fictionalised drama ‘Hillsborough’ in 1996 - which showed police as aggressors and bullies.

Dr Bill Kirkup, a Liverpool native who had family at Hillsborough in 1989.

Professor Phil Scraton, a Liverpool season ticket holder who has been a prominent figure in Hillsborough campaigns for many years on the popular Internet forum Red And White Kop. In 1999 he published the book Hillsborough: The Truth, which made him then record profits on a non-autobiographical sports book.

Peter Sissons, the Liverpool born and bred news anchor. Like many of the panel, he has campaigned and fund-raised for pro-Hillsborough groups throughout his career.

Although the jury was effectively deciding the same questions about the same disaster as was decided in 2016, Judge Openshaw told them to ignore previous findings. He stressed to the jury that the previous verdict was irrelevant, stating ‘the previous inquest was based on evidence that was in no way suitable for a court of law’.
