Holiday destinations for the accompanied traveller

That’s exactly where I stayed. Been in France camping loads of times and it is by a distance the best site we stayed on. Can literally cycle out of the camp and go 50km any direction on bike paths. Luna Park is 2 mins walk. There is an adventure forest climbing park right behind the site also that’s worth a visit. Decent pool and slides

You’re kids maybe a bit young but we cycled to palmyre most evenings nice restaurants and ice cream spots there

Thats very reassuring. I literally scoured the west coast and landed on that. Maybe subconciously the name rang a bell from you mentioning it on here a few years ago. That bike option sounds class. I might avail of it by myself some half day and pop into a few cathederals. But could easily do a bike and trailer and have a child seat for the bigger one then and go on an adventure. What were food options at Park like? Did you bother cooking yourself any day with supermarket on site? Did you venture down to the beaches in that area?

The accom was v good there we stayed in a larger chalet that had an outdoor grill. We were there for 15 nights so of the 45 meals we had id say we had 30 of em at the chalet…loads of supermarkets nearby …we drove out own car so brought air fryer with us as well but there is a hob in the accom…food in the campsite resteraunt is average …decent bar there …probably will be very quiet when ye are there

The campsite is inside in a forest…and the nearest beach is prob 5 Kms away…you’d need to either cycle or drive park the car and walk through the woods for 10 or 15 mins but it is well worth it…beaches around there are as good as you will see anywhere and completely unspoilt as they aren’t easy to access…bike paths along them as well up and down coast
