Holidays in Ireland thread (Laois is for prisoners)

I arrive Saturday afternoon via a pit stop in Enniskillen for drinks and the Derby.
A quick breakdown of open pubs, restaurants and slot machines would be welcome

Was someone looking for a house on the ROK for a week.

Had a phenomenal curry chip there in 93 on the way back from my grandmother’s funeral in Cork

Five nights tentatively booked in glorious North Tipperary for mid July. It’s as close to a holiday as we will get at this stage.

There’ll be roast dinners, barbeques and loads of beer.

We’ll see family that we haven’t seen since Christmas. Forestry walks on site and a petting zoo (well a haggard old cat and eight bullocks) for the young one.

*Yes, I’m just going home.

The Allingham Arms will be open no doubt.
Bundoran social scene expert @Massey will have a more recent guide to the hot-spots. Failing that contact Emlyn Mulligan on any of his 7 available social media platforms. He’ll be in the know.

Has Emlyn not retired again?
