Holidays in Ireland thread (Laois is for prisoners)

Half of the country is in Kerry this weekend. Place will be sick

Enjoy the weekend lads I can see another lockdown coming.

Lads, what’s The Falls in Ennistymon like? cc @Raylan, @fistoffury

Falling down.

Not even joking a roaster haven. Fairly run down. Nice outside though.

That bad? - I’d be going in September so it would be quieter

Well Unless it’s been down up in the past three or fours years I wouldn’t recommend it to a youngish couple with a family! Others would know more but I had dinner there once or twice around 2016 and it was mainly couples in their 60s or 70s.

I wouldn’t call it child friendly anyway from my experiences.

there’d be 25 of us going…

I went there for a wedding once. There was a lot of Clare people at it so it really painted the hotel in a bad light. Avoid

Well maybe then it would be ok I guess.

Never been in there. Nice setting

What’s the coast hotel in Lahinch like?

The father ted crew used to stay there. I doubt it’s been down up since.

I’m sitting outside Michael Healy Race’s Mace in Kilgarvan having a cup of coffee. Unrale weather. But someone is burning a turf fire close by. Do you think they need to in order to keep the local roasters happy?

That pub down the town with the weirdo and his seats:rofl::rofl::rofl:

It got a makeover last year before the golf landed. Fella that took over it was a manager in a few different places around the county previously, he would run a good ship anyway.

Out door hot tub and sauna were grand. There for two weddings. Pile em high - wouldn’t be spending too long in place during day. Go see my good pal Willie Daly in the village

Oh sweet Jesus :scream:

Please tell me these are 25 of the Sullivan side?

Went to Glenbeigh after. Never saw it as busy but you couldn’t fill that place. A sensational beach as well
