Looks fine. Nice bit of sediment at he bottom which is always a Good sign.

It needs a few more days I think on first taste. Today was the absolute earliest to drink it but it recommends another week in a cool space. I’ve paid good money for worse though. Supposed to be 4-5% but I’d say we are rising 5+

Yes lovely now. It has taken a while to bottle condition and a couple of weeks ago I was concerned I’d have to try and recarbonate it, but that crisis has passed as you can see.

Would you pay for it in a pub?
