Where did I say that?
What does queue jumping do to solve that?
You realise that she was living with her mother in a state funded property before this illegal move, she was not homeless. She was not even in the homeless category that lives in hotels.
Itâs awful difficult for people likes yourselves to put together some joined up policy thinking.
You think that it is your business where a person on the housing list stays?
Yes, but Art and his missus wouldnât have had the children in the first place so he has no sympathy for them, bizarre logic.
If you describe yourself as homeless, of course it is.
Is this rocket science?
she moved into a vacant property - one of the numerous vacant properties in Ireland - while we the taxpayer pay for emergency accommodation.
Itâs quite difficult for someone like you to put together joined up policy thinking with empathy, when you hate everyone who isnât the exact same as you

You want personal responsibility for your daughter and wife by haranguing the weakest women in society every opportunity you get?

Bollix.
Even that pathetic excuse for journalism answered this. This was vacated just over a month ago. Surprise surprise the people who live in the same estate just happened to move in this month. Illegally.
Do you think properties just free up and are moved into immediately? Are you familiar with social housing, nursing home places etc? There is always a lag period.
This is a council property, this isnât even a vacated private property where you luvies can try and spin a moralistic argument for allowing it. They have moved into a council property, skipping the queue, and are stopping someone else moving in.
Where is your empathy for the people unable to move into this property because these people skipped the queue?
I have an equal amount for anyone on a housing list.
That people have to resort to this is even sadder.
The lady in question said itâs been vacant for over a year in the same article. You probably assume sheâs lying
Did you not read the article? The County Council stayed this property was vacated on May 20.
Again- where is your empathy for the people who have been skipped in the queue here?
Why are you ignoring specific aspects of this case?
The woman said itâs been vacant since last year and the journalist printed it.
So you believe the obviously dysfunctional county council, that they audit their units regularly for residence. I presume there is a fair amount of throughput in these units.
There are 2 vacant properties near me in a 12 house estate. One for 6 years and one for close on 6 months.
Why would I not believe the CC who have cited the specific case of someone being moved?
How familiar are you with Meath CC to make such a statement?
Seems as though you didnât read the article properly the first time and are now floundering.
I did read it. You chose to believe the Meath county council.
I chose to believe the woman in question.
Itâs not difficult
Why donât you believe Meath CC?
Why do you think this person deserves to diol the queue when they had living arrangements up until this?
I believe the Meath coco may have found the lot was vacated when they say it was. I also believe cocoâs to be so inefficient that they wouldnât notice an empty unit for 12 months.
I never said anything about who deserves it fella. Stick to the argument at hand please
Meath CC were quite specific.
The property concerned became vacant on May 20, 2019, as a result of a tenant transfer under the auspices of Meath County Councilâs housing strategy for persons with a disability and the property would have been returned to productive use following the normal pre-let and allocation processes."
No housing audit. A disabled person lived there and they were moved to a more appropriate place, likely with the assistance of a charity. You are accusing them of making this up, including all the ordinary workers in their housing department. But whatever makes you feel better here as there is a bogey for you to blame the ills on.
I misread that post, thought it was who do I want personal responsibility for
If they didnât want it to be anyoneâs business then maybe they shouldnât have gone to the media
