Hotels In Ireland

Can have my house, am away for the weekend from Thur. Two dogs and dog minder to keep you company at no charge either

Is the dog minder hot?

Doubt it. The missus does the hiring and she’s no fool

Smart woman you married

She worried the dog would run off with her?

Or else she knows it’s immaterial how hot said cleaner is as a bear wouldn’t hug you or a snake wouldn’t rap itself around you …

Are.you my ex?

Try the Mespil Hotel at Baggot Street Bridge

You’ll get a room there for 249 (if the date is available)

will midweek be a rip off, i have some business in the big schmoke the end of the month…

Don’t think it matters whether it’s midweek or weekend, it’s all expensive. The Ukrainian refugee situation has taken a number of hotel rooms out of circulation. The hotel across from Connolly station has been totally given over to them as well as the new Travelodge on Townsend St. it’ll get worse before it gets better

Paddy is a great man to welcome all comers into the country…until it interferes with the summer holidays…

I went to the shop to buy some milk, they usually cost €2 per carton. There was only 3 cartons left and they were costing €8 each. I bought one and then they upped the price of the other 2 I left to €10 each.

The logic on which hotels seem to work. Rooms become scarce so they gouge. And thats all it is, gouging. There are rooms out of circulation, this is not the reason for the prices being mental. The prices are mental because they are making them so. They whinged and moaned and got their VAT rate down. They fuck over staff on minimum wage. They moaned and wanted people to do a staycation and support them. Fuck them now, they are showing their real true colours at this stage.

The way its gone you’d be as well off staying in the Shelbourne any paying the extra €100 per night rather than some kip in Templebar. This weekend you can stay in the Jurys Inn in Christchurch for nearly €900 for 2 nights or the Radisson down the road for €1,170. In the context of those numbers €1,450 for the Shelbourne represents good value.

My air bnb for the arc is gone from 75 euro a night to a 100 quid a night and the minimum stay is three nights where as last year we got it for two nights.

Very annoying as some of my party want to look else but it’s a great location and a very nice apartment.

Does it have a balcony you can drink on and watch YouTube videos ?

There is a large tv in it but I’d no idea how to use it.

Or a couch where you can spend your days in Paris drinking bottles of Heineken, gambling on your phone and reading TFK non stop?

@TheUlteriorMotive with a hangover would buy both.

Sure you’ve plenty of lads on here already discussing how much they plan on fleecing the Americans coming over for the Ryder cup in 2027…

Not really much difference in my opinion.
