Heard about that, desperate sad altogether. Seemingly he had told someone recently that that particular stag had become very brazen and troublesome. Rip.
Thatâs correct. Even worse there was a man lined up to come and get rid of the deer as it wasnât safe to keep him anymore. He was a hugely experienced huntsman, they probably have 200 hounds he was tending daily so massive job of work to manage them now. Very sad situation. Iâd know the wifeâs family they are a tight bunch she will have plenty support but hard one to get your head around
Thatâs the gayest way to hold a dead fox.
Rigor Mortis has well and truly set in
Oh em gee he like totally killed it
Same happened Robert Baratheon in GOT . Killed in a stag hunt and had 3 kids .
Thatâs bizarre. How big do Stags get, theyâd hardly be 300 or 400kg?
I wouldnât have a clue but was told today this lad was 4 or 500 kgs
A length of wavin wouldnât keep him back so.
Oh they would ya. They are fucking massive
I just googled it there and it said 240kg would be high end. Iâd say a fella kept in a farm would top that though.
I spose it might be like going in with a handy size bull⌠The size is only one factor
Did he get a bit too familiar with the stag, you see it on farms all the time with bulls etc lads get complacent, then bang.Usually doesnât end in tragedy but sometimes does.My own father in law got gored by one of his own bulls a few years ago and was lucky he only broke his leg.A terrible tragedy @gilgamboa may he RIP.
Had a great walk back the fields with the dogs there. The place was buzzing with wildlife. Foxes, hares, snipe, heron, swans and saw an otter in the river.
Seeing a good few buzzards around in the past few weeks; magnificent looking creatures
Is it fox mating season? Thereâs some screeching going on outside. They either caught a rabbit or are at it like rabbits.
Itâs a bit late in the year for foxes, more likely to be a banshee
Covid will kill my granny donât mind that banshee. We all were partying
A mink killing a rabbit
