Ffs, had you nothing better for doing this morning @Mac
Portlaw man yes. Played for us for about five years before going back. Jim Greene was the connection. Greener managed the 1992 minor team that he was on. Anthony Kirwan came in from Portlaw as well as did Fintan OShea. Haulie came in from Dunhill. Ger Fitz was O’Loughlins I think. Brian Flannery was Kiladangan. Shiner Ahearne originally played with Ferrybank underage but he joined up when he was out of minor.
Like the recent fantasy hurling challenge, we more or less have the same team again. I’d just go with Mike Casey over Richie - I think Casey is very under estimated - Nap lost their last club AI when he left the field. He also destroyed a 6 ft 9’’ opponent in the 2018 AI Final - conceding nearly a foot in height to him

Would he be called Bonjee outside his own locality? Tis only Kilfinane men refer to him by that?
A blow in
Around 1988
You’d have to have English in I’d have thought?
We recently had a fantasy competition where English was the undisputed greatest hurler ever and the Tipp lads aren’t even picking him.
All the Limerick lads picking Finn
He’s been that good.
Says the man who lives in Poland
Just saying
You picked Barrett you gombeen.
TNH
We haven’t had that many All Ireland winning corner backs in recent years.
I call him Bonjee and I work in Dublin so he is called that outside Kilfinane.
He’s won it all. The best corner back in the country bar none
Just the two. Only for Stevie Mac was such a ledge you’d nearly be picking both of them.
I’d say Finn, MacCarthy, Reale myself though
