The Tipp lads still canā€™t get over Aussie getting YHOTY and HOTY in 2016

Austin never got over it either in fairness.

for the semi final performance alone youā€™d imagine heā€™s nailed on

What I would go for (not what I think will happen):

Quaid
Finn
Dan
Burke
Byrnes
TDB
Hayes
WOD
Kelly
Hegarty
Tom
Bennett
TJ
Gleason
Gillane

I had him as one of the front runners for HOTY tbh. I canā€™t believe fellas would omit him

mostly Galway lads trying to fit in Galway players. No mind

Well known Galwegians, Shane Stapleton and Michael Verney.

Galway had a few that hurled well, but usually in different games.

FWIW I think Galway are still dangerous opposition. Even when we were outplaying them, they got excellent scores with ease and were level after 75 minutes whilst missing Mannion and Joe. Iā€™m a long way off taking a game against Galway for granted

Shane Oā€™Neill has them going in the right direction. The one thing is their best lads are a while on the go and thereā€™s plenty of mileage. If Oā€™Neill can mold the talent coming through then they will be a force

:slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face:

He could being enough Limerickness to the mix to get them over the line

When you have pricks like Brehony, Lyster and SBB on the voting panel, they are always in with a shout.

Come home agent Oā€™Neill your mission is complete.

I thought he was very good last Sunday . Played very well .

I get the distinct impression, if Nicky doesnā€™t get the all star, thereā€™ll be another strike :joy:

He was superb this year. Most definitely deserves an all-star. Who are lads selecting instead of him?
