Lynch didnt look as flash this year. I think he’s cut down on the self indulgent stuff a bit. He still throws out the odd ridiculous stuff but he isnt trying it as often and if anything his work rate and tackling is gone through the roof.

Hes the ultimate team player now. He occupies the opponent because he has to be watched. He’ll always look for a fella in a better position and he’ll win ball he has no right or reason to win. He’ll tackle and turnover as well.

Broderick wasn’t well held, he got 5 points from play and had a goal disallowed. Rabbitte was well “held” alright.

Anyone maintaining Lynch was one of the Best midfielders in Ireland this year needs a good talking to.
