I would have Wexford ahead of Dublin but they are a basket case in truth.

I think we are lucky to be ahead of Antrim and Westmeath… theres always next year i suppose:thinking::smiley:

@Locke is fierce boisterous ahead of the big game tomorrow. It would be interesting to see if a pre All Ireland Final Power Rankings would reflect this confidence?

No wonder you used to always play the poor mouth.

Time for the end of year rankings.

  1. Limerick

Everyone else.

Final POWER RANKINGS™️ for the year.

  1. Limerick - well done to them, brilliant last 20 mins in the AI blew KK out of the water. Worthy champions but more importantly, top of the POWER RANKINGS™️ list for 2023.
  2. Clare - wet the bed in the semis but overall the second best team.
  3. Kilkenny - are a semi final team at best these days. Some they win but can’t seem to get it over the line in finals. A good first year for Lyng.
  4. Galway - a good enough year. Is Shefflin the one to lead them?
  5. Tipp - much better this year but fell away after a great start.
  6. Cork - unlucky not to make it out of Munster. Building nicely.
  7. Dublin - a reasonable year, progress made.
  8. Waterford - a county with so much potential, can Davyball work next year?
  9. Wexford - new management next year, can consistency be delivered in 2’24?
  10. Carlow - nice to see them back at the top table again.
  11. Antrim - a chance to build on decent performances.
  12. Westmeath - after the high at the Chadwick, not to be able to see off Antrim see Westmeath drop down to the MacDonagh Cup.
