The yanks are all over the shop on this. The very confused weather anchor on CNN said keywest is due for a direct hit in 7/8 hours. ABC weather anchors says keywest due for direct hit in 45 mins.

christmas 1997 was unreal, lower harbour was wrecked, weād no power for 4 days, the southcoast TV aerial was swinging around on the chimney picking up HTV wales before it blew off, you could hear the rafters of the house creaking, , unreal stuff

IV played in serious serious wind. The 30 lads on the field found it tough. It was a case of hurl and try and ignore the wind element as best we could. And Il never ever forget what the coach said to me that day until the day I die.He told told me" go out and play and ignore that Fucking wind ". Ballybrown ended up beaten us by 17 pts with some lovely hurling.
