Is the Jazz festival worth a trip to?
yes… Most of the bands are very loosely jazz in the pubs, if not even jazz at all. Great buzz around and Cork city is an ideal size for tipping away during the day. Cork is also great for food… Saturday night of jazz is a bit much tho, way too mental.
