The Czechs will tell you that’s the best Czech beer

Yeah but they’d probably advise use a half pint / pint glass rather than a shot glass

Even a Harp tap……they’re fairly scarce further south as you know. Grand looking spot too :white_check_mark:

I thought you were in Shannon Steeet Flannerys for a minute

It definitely is. Tis something else on draft too

I’m so jealous of you right now.

Phenomenal pints lads.

The Harp tap is in every single pub here. Even the craft beer pub was smart enough to stick one in.

I’m not gone on it out of a bottle.

What is wrong with JJ bowles? I am only a rare visitor there

A quiet one in Crane Bar before a busy stag weekend

A spot where I spent many a pleasant and rewarding hour, upstairs and downstairs.

Last time I was there, there was a very very young crowd inside. The front bar is standing only now. No seats. Middle room still has the fire and two tables.

I was there during a frost so the river bar was closed. I went out to have a look and in fairness it looks nice out there. But like I said it was belly tops heaven.

I always liked to look at JJ’s handball cups and medals when I used go in there. Unfortunately they’re all gone now.

The Guinness was sh1t so I had a Treaty Stout on draft next. I didn’t like the taste of that at all. So I went back on the Guinness which after the stout tasted alright.
