Went out straight after work yesterday. Denmark street was avoided but definitely one of the worst hangovers I’ve had in a while. Serious depression and mood swings all day, only coming around now.

haha no was at a work thing, the brave and faithful crowd would make you sick. Some bollox roared come on Ballybrown when Keatley was taking a kick, highlight of the game for me.

Drank for the first time in months yesterday. I had 7 or 8 cans of cheap cidar. Came home around 8 for dinner and drank a few ports after.
After sleeping nearly 10 hours straight and just after making a horrendous shite.
I’m a little unsure of myself but not bad overall… time for a nutriblast.
