A hape of them. Names escape me on most although we were in one excellent place called the Smokestack or something similar. Serious spot
I don’t go into town much, and when I do I drink in shitholes usually, like the Horse and Trumpet, The three legs, the duck and drake, Wetherspoons or O’Neils. When I am on heavy session of drugs I go to a place called Mint or else the warehouse
I’m getting the fuck out of here early tonight. Going to have a little bbq a few bottles and a few smokes.
Cannot beat Ireland in the sunshine, the buzz along the canal at lunch time would put any city to shame
Got the results for the Masters today. First Class honours.
I’ve herself told not to be expecting me for dinner.

Masters in what mate?
Cloud Computing. Pure spoof of a course, but the company ran it with an educational institute so I did it.
Spent close to 7 hours on the beach in Spanish Point today. Lounging about, pucking a bit of ball and dipping in and out of the refreshing Atlantic water.
A great time to have a week off in Ireland:clap:

I hope none of the Quilty lads recognise you from your last trip to Lehinch.

You fucking gom… your using up all your annual leave again and come early Sept you’ll be flying home the Sunday evening of Clare doing 2 in a row.
CIT, kid. So basically, yeah
Out the door at 8:30 to jog around and down to the beach. Trotted along beside the sea awhile before coming back up the hill and around to the house, pausing for a couple of minutes to take a detour to the top of the nearby rock/hill to survey all around.
10 mins on the ab-roller (a wonderful invention, imo) and a breakfast of ham and eggs with tea. Did 5 hard miles last night, to boot. Feeling on top of the world.
Done the shopping. Took wife to garden centre. Will go for a spin on bike now for a couple of hours in the 27 degree heat.
8k on the treadmill, swim afterwards. Omelette, filter coffee and papers. All set for the Flavour of Fingal festival. #Buzzing
Not too bad after a night out. Brekkie ate, house hoovered and going for a cycle later today. Sun is out to boot.
#iototw
Finished swimming and had a text from herself saying she was cancelling the proposed night of camping as it was too wet. Absolute result. Tea time pints in the station and cycling tomorrow back on. Hard swim done. Snooze in the bath imminent. Only slightly off the top as I have a cold, and a bit of a hangover. And she’s not talking to me because I called her thunder thighs as a joke last night. All set fair though, considering. Why the fuck anyone would work hard all week and then want to sleep in a field and use a communal jacks is beyond me.
Didn’t go so well today. Unusual, because Limerick people are usually at their best in the sweltering heat. Hadn’t done much in the last few weeks though because I was travelling a bit. Tomorrow will be better.
what kind of bike?
