Unbelievable how time goes- they were some heady days indeed- Look at you now, house and ring on the finger

buzzing along in work here listening to FACT 2 by Carl Cox, im getting some crazy rushes of emotion and sometimes actually feel like standing up with my arms spread out wide such is the sense of elation and euphoria trance music can give you
more uplifting melodies with Paul Okenfold - southern sun ( tiesto mix)… the mid late 90’s was the really the greatest period ever for music

Only got 6 hours sleep last night but I’m in flying form here. I’ve made a good chunk of the office laugh out loud this morning with a witty quip about one of the lads in the office and I can’t wait to get my outdoor training regime from @ChocolateMice later today. Life is great.
