the court in the UK made a finding of fact on the basis of the information before it. in that case AH was a witness, not a defendant and the cross examination of her and the evidence introduced was significantly reduced compared to what it was in the US.
i think even a lot of her evidence form her divorce deposition was ruled out, even the one where she seemed to admit that shed informed TMZ, no evidence from the trailer park manager, no evidence from kate moss, no evidence from the cops whosaw her assault her ex wife, no evidence from the cops who came to the penthouse and didnt see any marks on her or think she was a victim of domestic violence.

Again, the simple facts are as follows: Heard proved in the UK courts that Depp had assaulted her 12 times.

The juryās verdicts donāt even make sense. The jury ruled that Depp defamed Heard when he alleged that Heardās claim of abuse against him was a āhoaxā.
