In The Courts

So as Fitzy says, just when it suits you?
I see a pattern developing in your behaviour.
At least you’re consistent in your inconsistency.

Seems to be a lot of Gardai before the courts in the last few months

Did you ever remark to yourself how very many of those allegedly poorly remunerated members of AGS seem to own lavish looking pads on the manicured half-acre site within 3/5 miles of the station while possibly renting the original semi-detached they started out in……

I suppose all those extra-curricular fictional duties they carry out while scoffing sponsored snack-boxes eventually reflect in the net take home…

Call me a cynic but……

No luck for Kyle on appeal in the Circuit Court. His District Court dangerous driving conviction for zipping along at 155km affirmed. Two year disqualification.

He must have only the wan oul’ trousers. In fairness he’s bopping along in them tan/beige pair on every occasion I see him.
This , admittedly, seems to occur on days of court appearances.
Is the treble on as a matter of interest?

As far as the Gardai are concerned, its very much on, they did not take ot lightly being called dishonest in his courtcase and his failure to own any of his misbehavings im sure is beginning to really irk them. However im sure the judge will give him one last chance to cling to his liberty. Im sure a couple of visits to his brothers might actually be the wake up call needed because his own very near brushes don’t seem to have registered. I’d say parking in a blue bay without the proper permit on display will be enought to see him reunited with Darragh and Cian

I was perturbed by the fact they bore a drawstring. A hat-tip to every other little tracksuit adorned scumbag who pollute our courts on the daily.

This story was on Joe Duffy just now.

An unbelievably rotten thing to do but he’s gotten a decent sentence for it.

I noticed this bit from the report and thought it was fucking bullshit from the DPPs Office.

Ms O’Neill outlined to the court that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) initially directed that Iosca face three summary charges of theft in the District Criminal Court and he pleaded guilty to these in 2019. The victim’s father appealed the DPP’s direction and a further summary court of false imprisonment was added. The case came forward to the Circuit Court after a District Court judge refused jurisdiction, with the three theft charges remaining in the District Court.

Your man has issues also though. A deeply distressing case, but again, contrast with tim Allen’s treatment.

Hadn’t noticed that. There was apparently a similar case not to long ago where the culprits were two teenage girls.

Probably just me, but four years seems an awful sentence for a lad with learning disabilities for a non premeditated series of events, with apparent remorse given he didn’t try and get a watch. Compared to paying for child torture by a fully functioning businessman in any case.
The crime on the surface is heinous don’t get me wrong, but a judge accepting learning disability whilst saying ā€œhe knew right from wrongā€ seems to be along the same plane as treating a child criminal as an adult.
Don’t suppose the judge could do right here, but that’s an awful stint for a lad with issues already it seems.

I hadn’t actually gathered he had learning difficulties at first, I agree with you. I suppose it depends on the extent of the difficulties. He did also abscond to Germany which wouldn’t have helped his case in sentencing either.

Let me guess is your man Romanian?

Well known in Cork city republican circles the names of several local AGS up to their tits in receiving monies from pushers in the city and in passage west

He’s a Roma gypsy

He’s a gypsy
And normal Romanian :romania: ppl abhor their behaviour at home and abroad
Similar to our itinerants robbing n looting and scamming older folk/ rural communities

They’re not liked
But unlike here ,
in Romania their behaviour isn’t hidden,
They’ve their own political reps several MPs
Representing close on4 plus million in the country

The houses they build at home are something else
