Ireland politics (Part 2)

Should it based on the value as per the LPT?

Value of the house is not the same as the cost of rebuilding the house so no. There’s demolition, rent and storage to be accounted for as well.

There is going to be major issues getting companies to take on this work I’d fear.

That type of government tender process will be so tight margin wise who’ll take it on?

Hope I’m wrong.

An EU tender I would assume

Value should be higher?

Still going to be hard get companies to apply I’d imagine.

Those Cassidy cunts who are still building houses in Donegal should be put out of business tomorrow.

Its a disgrace that they’re continuing to operate still. I passed their new housing estate build during the summer.

How the fuck was that allowed to happen by Donegal county council?

I doubt it but I’m no expert on opting a project like this to include demolition, storage and rental costs.

@Gman what’s your professional opinion?

Nudge, nudge, envelope etc……

An eu tender is a lot worse than a regular one

It is a genuine scandal.

It’ll be easier write cheques and let homeowners sort rebuild themselves.

I don’t think they’re devolving but you might have seen their trucks on the road.

They’re getting council contracts due to the legalities of the tendering process supposedly and they own a number of quarries under different company names including Churchill Stone.

If the cunts land anywhere near my house they’ll be ran the fuck off.

Thundering disgrace. North Donegal when I was there was full of signs on the road etc. I thought they were building a new estate there. The most graffiti was outside that one building site we passed.

Rebuild on insured cost

I can’t understand how the Cassidys are allowed to still build houses up there.

That is shocking. They must have some neck in fairness.

All sorts was written on their wooden fences outside when we where passing the site during the summer. It was mad to be honest.
