On hate speech, unless you are dictating and inciting violence it shouldnt be a criminal offence and it currently is under present laws. If your offended by something, speak out and challenge it or take it on the chin and remove ypurself from the situation. Sticks and stones and all that. Dont force your will on other people.

Iâve no problem with trans people. I do take umbrage with trans ideology, theyâre not one and the same.
Nothing wrong and should be encouraged by to make it a criminal offence to state youâre dislkike of someone or group of people based on how it makes the other party feel is bollocks. Not everyone will all get on. Im sure theres people out there who dont like me and even said it to me, does it bother me? Not at all, im also not going to try change that or complain. But this can become very grey and its he said she said. You will see cases played out in court like children in the principles office.
