What have the government put forward that SF agreed with and that also lost a lot of working class votes? I know that’s kind of the perception but what specifically?

Aontu could have done alright in the 80’s and 90’s. They’re basically an anti abortion version of SF. Whoever floated the idea of basing a new party around that ideology was not in tune with current times, even in rural Ireland.

As I’m just waiting out the clock i had a look for potential and found 3 that fit the bill
 The last is a real header who believes impregnated rape victims should be made give birth.
