No bonfires :fire: tonight unfortunately with the return of our Minister, glad he has retained a serious portfolio all the same.

Darragh got a promotion in my eyes, that’s a serious portfolio

You have to laugh. Sinn Fein are the ones who’ve done wrong here according to the rooral simpletons on the forum

The shinners are criminal communist types. The Healy-Raes have their number.

You’d have to think a rail link to Dublin Airport would go ahead now with a local TD as Minister for Transport.

O’Brien imo go moved and arguably demoted for the 40k completions thing. Between himself and Harris, they made an absolute balls of it.

Not a single person in the trade thought 40k was going to happen in 2024. There was really good stuff to put out on housing but they mentioned that number like simpletons.

When are juniors announced?

10k short is some fuck up… and ffg have put forward 50k this year?

I thought house building was going gangbusters

Fianna FĂĄil not in power a day and the country at a standstill.

Time to go.

Transport is pretty big and should be easier than housing. Wouldn’t say it’s a demotion. They think O’Brien is good for some reason, I’d say he and they didn’t want any more of the bad news on housing attaching to him.

41k is the target for this year now

Still very strong.

Election misinformation

Transport will be ideal for O’Brien. A load of fluffy non specific objectives and dates that can continue to be put on the long finger.

After giving all the big Northside FF Capo blowhard vibes while opposition spokesman he had some land ending up in a ministry where there is one sole KPI of success - how many houses were built.

Egg on his face that not only did he spectacularly miss the target he actually managed less in 2024 than 2023.

Like a modern day John O’Donoghue - talked a great game but ultimately a bit shit

The opposite, all the new darts which have been bought will be delivered and the new dart lines will be built, he will get the credit for that and the offshore windfarms
