Ireland politics (Part 2)

Hmmmm.

Hardly FFG?

Have individual householders not gone after the Cassidy’s on this Art?

Go way,the same parties that @tallback and @carryharry vote for?

Tell the truth

im sure there are individual lawsuits pending. ill have to have a look

but there’s no provision in ireland for a class action. then again, this should really be in the criminal realm, instead of civil

edit: just checked and there doesnt appear to be any pending suits

@croppy_boy probably has a better idea but I think so.

The lack of regulation means its not difficult for them to cease trading under whatever ltd company was liable and then set up again under a different name. Why do you think so many bankrupt white collar criminals are able to rebuild million or billion enterprises?

Scare Byrne talking about it now

Regulation is a bollocks excuse here.

These boyos used cheap shit material & retailed at full market value.

It’s as simple as that surely.

Yup the same one, ah I’m sure they can find a bogeyman to blame for it though.

But how did they get away with it?

But but but Sinn Fein

Don’t be silly….

Yes regulation is shit.

But plenty of other block suppliers under same regulations didn’t stoop so low.

You didn’t answer his question.

The problem here is the old blank cheque book and believe me this will get very very pricey over time .

The poor folk whose houses are destroyed deserve redress though but Jesus the costs

It’s a stupid question

Supposed to change shortly

Will replacing exterior skeleton be good enough?

cc @Gman & others in the know?

No it’s not.

You asked how they were getting away with it?

You were told it was due to poor regulation.

You said that it was a bullshit excuse.

You were then asked how they got away with if it’s not regulation.

You said that was a stupid question.

You are the dumbest fucker on this forum.
