McGeady is one of the greatest Irish players ever.
Shocking levels of ignorance on display here. For those talking about cameos, remember his brief cameo against Italy last summer.
The team should be built around McGeady next weekend.

Just about to make the point about the Italy game when he came off the bench and had a tremendous impact. Compared to the wasteful, self indulgent, error strewn performance that Wes gave us from the bench against France.
This McGeady debate began with you saying he won’t get any time from the bench.
Or compared to Hoolahan’s tremendous impact off the bench against Italy when he actually put the ball on Robbie Brady’s head for the goal.
You pretend IRA lads have a real blind spot for McGeady.
Having bottled a 1v1 moments before. That goal was all Aiden and Robbie.
I’m no big fan of McGeady, I think he has very often underperformed for Ireland. But I think he is playing really well at the moment, and now he actually deserves a chance.
McGeady rolled a 10-yard pass to Hoolahan before Wes checked back and put in the tantalising (cc Buff Egan) cross so I’m happy to recognise that in the records.
Let’s agree to agree on it.
Keogh and Pearce played together at the heart of the Derby defence on Saturday in their 2-2 draw against Forest.
Randolph wasn’t great for one of Leicester’s goals at the weekend too. He’s looked ropey enough at times since becoming their first choice.
The 51 as usual. I’m going to get fucked up good and proper.
He looked ropey long before that but I take your point. Not going to be changed now but he’s not better than Westwood.
Oversight not to reply earlier. I haven’t yet, mate. I’ll wait to get a read on the chances of James McCarthy playing before I commit to my own selection.
Just picked up a ticket for this tonight.
South Stand lower, block 117.
I’ll be gatting in Slattery’s (bag of cans outside as the lad I’m meeting for ticket collection will be in there. I know after the Bosnia play off that it’s frowned upon to frequent the aforementioned establishment but again I’ve no choice in the matter.)
Think we’ll get beat, too many absentees but by kick off I’ll be convinced we’ll turn over these lickspittke leek eating cunts.
Another few English lads ruled out of the Orish squad tonight with Injury
that’s a matter of opinion

yeah, Wales 1-0 , Bale is the bet id say
I watched Wales against Georgia, and they should have been beaten by 2 or 3 that day. They were fucking useless, even with Bale.
I know we weren’t overly impressive against Georgia either but Wales are nothing special. Obviously they had a great Euros, beating a Belgium side who thumped us. But we picked up a great result against Austria and I think we’ll get at least a draw. If we had everyone available, I’d be putting us down for the win. Brady in particular is a big loss but I still think we can do it.
+1. We beat them at home when we won the Carling Cup and we can beat them again.
Georgia - Serbia at 5pm
Austria - Moldova at 7.45pm
are the other games on Friday. Hopefully our Georgian mates can do us another favour.
