I think the fai have kind of done what we were talking about on that all Ireland sfc thread and started getting fans going to Ireland games again somehow. 42k at tonight’s game 
that’s actually unreal. They wouldn’t have broken 20k a few years ago. I gave away my four season tickets tonight to my childminder and her family and most of the crowd is kids but it shows the gaa it can be done. The Ireland matches are big family occasions and ridiculous and all as it sounds I think most people like kenny and want him to do well unlike a few previous managements who totally lost the crowd (even if 99pc of people now agree he’s not good enough)
That Chippolina fella has played against us about 5 times at this stage. We beat them 7-0 back in 2014 the first time we played them. We’ve regressed and they’ve improved in the meantime.

Not impressive?? It’s a Monday night, Ireland are absolutely shite, mood is at an all time low, they won’t qualify and they are playing Gibraltar. Place looks almost full too. There’s easily 35k actually there. There have been way way smaller crowds in the last 10 or 15 years
Ireland’s ability to turn out absolutely technically shit central midfielders is something else.
