If ireland had a semi decent coaching structure at underage level and a consistent player pathway to the professional game that doesn’t involve teenagers moving abroad too young they could have nicked a win in the last two games.

That area in front of the back 4, we definitely do. Those lads molumby and the Anderlecht kid are nice players, but when they turn it over in the midfield, they need to realise that they need to die to get back at the man on the ball and stop him by whatever means necessary.
That is what has cost them really, not getting at the opposition lads playing between the lines when we lose it.

Someone said earlier the training camp is make or break for him and it really is. Hell need to forge a bit of spirit and togetherness and impress the players on the training pitch. A big ask and hard to see him doing it.

I think we will have a fair idea of the buy in from the players when we see how many are willing to spend 9 days or so at a training camp with him or just fuck off on summer holiday.
