Looks like a lovely venue

It does indeed.

Tom Dunne has already this boxed off. Not sure how much you’d add to it

Pretty poor list. Where the Streets have no name would be my pick from that lot.

I would say Mystic Eyes by Them is the best song ever recorded by an Irish artist.

As annoying as u2 have become ‘one’ is an absolute miracle of a song. Tom would want to be taking a long hard look at himself

Written by your buddy Ivan Morrison.

Correct. His two best songs have Mystic in the title.

Juliette turners album burn the black suit has some cracking songs on it. Why isn’t she on the list??

Or Sinead Lohan for that matter

Wouldn’t be my thing but the charming Juliet once did say to me that ‘I’ll write a song for you’

Dr fell is it ?

The Blades aren’t on it. Or A House.

Better

The 4 of Us are on it. Vindication for @flattythehurdler

A fair bit of scutter in there alright.

I’d probably go with ‘Teenage Kicks’ from the list, but there are about a dozen Pogues songs better than the list has and no ‘Old Town’

The Deluge never made it though
