James McClean refused to wear a poppy on his Sunderland jersey today. I donât apologise if this has already been mentioned on another thread.
Has McClean featured in the âalright sort of the yearâ thread so far? I will add him if not.
He probably has when he was flavour of the month back in early 2012 but I canât say for definite.
Disgrace that Trap continues to ignore Premiership players like Stevens
Ciaran Clark played well for the Villa today . Definitely should be in the side ahead of that piss head St Ledger
did stevens play well?
Started off well but went downhill after that mate. Got exposed a few times when united got on top.
Wasnât as bad as I thought he was going to be
Good first half but at fault for 2 goals in the second. Horrible defending for Unitedâs winner. Clipped in a lovely cross in the first half but was mainly concentrating on keeping Valencia quiet which he did reasonably well.
just read a few villa forums and read some news papers report
enda did well today - most proper villa fans happy with him
ive always liked McClean
oâshea is some soup taking cunt
Villa die hard signing in. Delighted with Stevensâs performance. Not at fault for any goals.
In sunderland game Sickening that Martin OBE OâNeill from Derry wears a brit legion flower while his player from the same city has the courage not to. Watch this space for OâNeill trotting out the relative with a minor illness and bust up with the chairman, next thing hes off. He doesnât usually give much notice - poppy wearing traitor.

Former Republic of Ireland international Kevin Kilbane has retired from football at the age of 35. A great servant to the FAI.
alright sort sean oâdriscoll describing the performance of andy reid earlier

"Andy [Reid] has been terrific for us all season and heâs obviously had a big part to play in both goals. In the position he plays he is difficult to pin down. He doesnât play wide or in central midfield and he makes life difficult for anyone trying to pick him up.

âDefenders donât want to go out and mark him and leave space behind and heâs been causing those kind of problems for a long time.â
Myler and Brady both scored for Hull today. A decent free kick from Brady although perhaps the keeper could have done better.
Anyone know what is up with Keith Fahey?
