What is his coaching experience?
Why are they placing so much stock and scrutiny on club form? How many of the players play in a team/system and in roles that are the same as Ireland’s?

Jesus I’d say Aaron Connolly would have been forgotten about long ago by any other manager. Potter has given him loads of chances
