Conor Bradley and Liam Hughes have both been included in the O6 latest senior squad.
They should be turning down the call up and waiting for Ireland if they were true irishmen.

On this, Iām managing Cambridge in FM2021 and after 5 seasons Iāve gotten them up to the Premier League. My best player is a 21 year old lad called Dale Taylor who starts the game at Nottingham Forrest. Dale is such a good striker he scored over 30 goals in the Championship for Cambridge 3 seasons in a row. I think he might be the best striker Iāve ever had in my 20+ years playing Championship / Football Manager. Like, Iād put him in my all-time FM/CM best 11. We finally got promoted to the PL after losing on penalties in the Play-Off final two seasons in a row and now heās on the shortlist to win World Under-21 Player of the Year. Iāve had him on loan from Spuds this whole time.
Dale is a real-life player from Belfast. He starts the game with joint Irish / Northern Irish nationality and no senior international caps so Ireland could still cap him in real life. This guy kicks the fucking shit out of Troy Parrott or any of those jokers. This guy is elite. His first club was Linfield however so I donāt think heād be well-disposed to playing for us. In my save he will probably end up as Northern Irelandās all time record scorer. Heās not considered a very good player in any of the online wonderkid guides, heās only magic in my save.
In real life Dale is friends with Carl Frampton so he must be sound. Iād say heās my second favourite northern Prod ever, after Van Morrison, ahead of George Best for me now. An absolute Hun is Dale. The future of Irish football is orange. So passionate is my appreciation for Dale that I might post a few screenshots of him later when I get home from my highly paid job.

West Ham are thinking, the ROI set up is a shambles, its not going to improve them as a player its only going to give them bad habits and increase risk of injury they are also thinking ROI caps are 10 a penny , this isnt going to increase the value of the player who they see as an assetā¦ the agent similar, he is in cahoots with both player and club, then the player- unless you are an honest sort and its your dream to play for the ROI, if you have a chance at being an established EPL player on a decent wage playing for the ROI is not going to help you, maybe if youre daryl horgan or scott hogan , it keeps you relevant but why else from a completly business and career sense would a player want to play for ROI right now,
West ham and the agent know, if he gets an england cap itāll add xfer value, he many never get one but at least he knows that if he does get one itāll help player club and agentā¦ an ROI cap, honestly lads it does nobody any good , unless of course youāe some bottom feeder with preston or the sub keeper at wolves or the likes of Rhys grego cox, luca connell et al

from an FAI perspective trying to persuade a player who clearly qualifies to play for Ireland to play for us is most undignified - i fully get the the idea of trying to widen our player pool, if there is a fella with an irish granny or what not, approach him once and if he wants to play he will play ā¦ same for a fella born hereā¦ if a man wants to represent his country he shouldnt be second guessing itā¦ like ok if he has irish / nigerian / english heritage than thats his call and if he needs time on it fineā¦ but when agents are involved in the decison making process!!! fuck off
