He happened to be in the tile shop when I was enquiring if they had a tiler available as the regular guy had let me down. He was sound, had previously run his own tiling business in Australia.
He even left me his drop saw and a few other tools for me to do the floors with. Just told me to drop them back up to him when I was finished.
