More days, more work and more Admin sums up teaching in the UK since I started. And less budgets. Ridiculous shortage of teachers over here too. Schools gone to 4.5 days in some places.

like Marbella. You’d have the new money crowd boasting out loud on the Ryanair flight to Malaga about Marbs, when it’s further afield they should be looking if they want the bit of class. Well as the crow flies, not too further afield than Marbs.
