That was mostly very good.
Could have scored a couple more. Abada gets into great positions. Furuhashi took his goal superbly and has made some other runs that haven’t been rewarded.
Defensively we remain vulnerable. Some of that is system related. But the goal was just a lapse in concentration and energy I think. Still some encouraging signs of players throwing themselves into blocks and not gifting free headers.
Hope we make changes a bit earlier today. With all the ball we’ve had they’ll get tired but we dropped the pace in most games recently. Christie in particular would add plenty of energy.
Also strange seeing that right winger flying past Taylor a few minutes ago before McGregor roasted him a few minutes later. Taylor has been better on the ball than usual in fairness.
Watching their goal again… Poor enough clearance from Hart and he seemed to stick to his line then. Turnbull needed to do better at competing for the ball though and Bitton switched off badly.
