January Transfer Window 2019

OK mate, I thought you were being serious :+1:

is your sole purpose for being on this board is to disagree with @Cicero_Dandi?

Don’t get sucked in by the scummy soccer crowd. You mightn’t have heard of this fellow since you became a rugby man, but there’s a young fellow Mbappe who’s meant to be shit hot. Next thing you’ll have @Cicero_Dandi or one of the other soccer types ridiculing you for including ‘Mythi’ in your top three ahead of this Mbappe fellow. Maybe stick to the rugby. Its safest.

What an odd thing to say, I haven’t replied to him at all,

I’ve been a huge admirer of VVD for a long time, if you look back to his signing for Liverpool I was hugely positive when others expressed doubts.
Why would you say that now??

ok, mbappe, he went to PSG

since he joined the EPL? or when he was with Gronigen?

I’m dissapointed that you had to bring @Cicero_Dandi into this, can you not deal with this yourself? I don’t see the point of continuing now

Ronaldo moved from Sporting Lisbon to Manchester United.

Their accountant is only ACCA qualified by the sounds of things.

Fulham haven’t financially doped nor are they backed by oil money. PSG and Chelsea have doped and inflated the transfer market because of oil money. Your assertion that geography is the difference between Chelsea and PSG’s financial clout is ludicrous, much like many of your ill thought-out arguments.

Fulham are backed by automotive money, Liverpool are backed by make believe promissory notes. You seem to be having problems understanding the lay of the land here.

You are struggling to differentiate between the financial clout of PSG who you say can compete with the big 2 in Spain and Chesea of 2004 who you say couldn’t. Attempts to bring Fulham, geography and Liverpool to the discussion is bizarre.

You are coming across incredibly dim here as there seems to be neither head nor tail to what you are arguing. Chelsea have not had a problem, now or then when it came to competing financially with the big sides in Spain during the Abramovich era, the sames applies to the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, City and United.

When it comes to Real Madrid or Barcelona and whatever shitty franchise from your beloved EPL, a player will always choose one of the big two in Spain. You seem to have a real issue when it comes to accepting your beloved EPL will never be as attractive as Barcelona or Real Madrid, get over it honey.

Checkmate.

Those snowflakes who might join expecting this place to be totally offensive , sexist , racist etc will find themselves bored senseless by endless threads about Paul clement , Tottenham , Chelsea & Limerick GAA .

But you’re still failing to explain how Chelsea of 2004 differ from PSG of today. Both doped and inflated the market, both are backed by oil money. The similarities are obvious. The differences (apart from geography and language, lol) are less so.

Ye aren’t even arguing about the same thing lads

I’ve already explained it.

PSG were able to sign one of the top players from Barca. Chelsea were not.

PSG play in a different city, different country and different league than any club from your beloved EPL.

The difference is very clear but you don’t like the inferior picture it paints of your EPL.
