Tierney will need to prove himself football & fitness wise over a full season in a serious league before he will be considered for mega money

I think Chilwell has a bit about him and will fit in well in to the Chelsea team. Very good defensively and good in possession and going forward too.
Drinkwater was decent for Leicester but he was one of these English midfielders that Chelsea signed (Parker or Sidwell) who were not top level.

Scott Parker was a way above those two you mentioned. He was very unfortunate with injuries
He was a clogger.
He was very good at it.
He was very average at it.
Parker was a decent player.
The other two lads were silly signings, but Chelsea have written the book on silly signings
