He might well have been above those two but he was brought to Chelsea when he was a good bit behind the level of the midfielders they all ready had. He was not going to improve the first team at all. He would have been a squad player regardless of injuries.

Yeah Scott Parker was decent. Not quite good enough for that Chelsea team but better than Newcastle/Fulham standard. Spurs was a good fit for him.

All LOI clubs should have similar clauses included in any deal they do with English clubs. Let him go for a pittance ten years ago and worth over a million to them now
What if a player leaves the LOI and goes to Scotland or France or The Netherlands? Higher or lower percentage?

Juventus continuing the revamp of their midfield by signing Weston McKennie on a €3m loan with an obligation to buy for €18m.
Think he is quite highly rated and should certainly give Juve a lot more youth and energy in their midfield next year with him and Artur.
