Robinho has walked out on Man City`s training camp in tenerife aftera row , he is reported to be returning to Brazil.
He’s a good player Pukey. Still young enough I’d say but looks decent with Hamburg. He was good with Ajax before them. Not an amazing talent, but a decent Dutch midfielder.
Saw him play a few times in the euros and thought he looked alright but nothing special…I see City are being linked with De Rossi as well, he woul dbe a great signing, his style would suit the premiership also…
Exactly. Milan would never refuse that sort of cash, no one would. No one player is worth that money, a Club of Milans luster could easily buy 5 top notch players with sort of cash. Considering Milans squad profile, they couldnt afford to turn it down.
How many Brazilian players have they signed? 3? Robinho, Elano and Jo? Seems a very strange quote to have in the middle of the article.
It is the Mail after all. yea, strange comments alright. Apparently Jo and Elano are not fans of Hughes though.
Craig Bellamy insists Manchester City’s ambitions were a major factor in his decision to move to Eastlands.
Wales captain Bellamy, 29, completed his move from West Ham for a fee thought to be in the region of 14m.
“There are so many things happening here that are out of this world, for me to be part of it was an offer that I could not walk away from,” he said.
Bellamy said the presence of boss Mark Hughes, who he worked under at Blackburn, also influenced his move.
Hughes has recruited Wayne Bridge and Bellamy in the January transfer window, and are close to signing Hamburg midfielder Nigel de Jong.
Their lucrative pursuit of AC Milan playmaker Kaka has dominated the news over the past week, although the Brazilian opted to stay with the Italians on Monday.
But Bellamy believes the revolution at the club will continue and expects more Premier League stars to move to Eastlands soon. 606: DEBATE
Is Craig Bellamy a good signing for Manchester City?
The striker told the City website: "I think it is going to be incredible here over the next couple of years.
"It’s not just for me, you speak to anyone in the Premier League and they would want to come to Manchester City.
"It’s rare for that to happen outside of the top four, but I think there are a lot of players who would like to come to this club.
“I’ve been given that opportunity, there are other players who would love it, and so it is up to me to make the most of it.”
Bellamy joined the eighth club of his career on a four-year contract on Monday after West Ham agreed an undisclosed deal with City.
He was left out of the Hammers’ squad for Sunday’s 3-1 win over Fulham, having told club officials on Friday that he wanted to leave.
Hughes said he was “delighted” to be reunited with Bellamy, who he described as an “outstanding player”.
Bellamy said Hughes and his coaching team was an influence in his move to Manchester.
“It was a big factor, because they are people that I have worked with since I was 18,” he said.
“They know me better than anybody else in the football game, and they are people I completely trust in. They have progressed me massively, and I owe them a lot.”
Bellamy, who was also linked with a move to Tottenham, is expected to make his Man City debut at home to Newcastle on 28 January.
He joined West Ham for 7.5m last season and has previously had spells at Norwich, Coventry, Newcastle, Celtic, Blackburn and Liverpool.
Money grabbing tatted taff cunt!

Tis a marathon, not a race. WHUFC may not even be an entity come seasons end. You cant blame Bellamy for wishing to join a buying Club and leave a selling one.

Hey locke I see WHAM are going spending 10 million on some lad from Brescia in serie B…Another Massimo Maccarone I wonder?

I see Celtic are being linked with young Chelsea player Morton Nielson…I don’t think he is a left back though
From the Guardian
West Ham eye Brescia’s Savio Nsereko
West Ham could be quick to bolster their strike options, after losing Craig Bellamy, following reports that the club are set to sign Savio Nsereko from Brescia in a 10 million deal.
German-born Savio is currently plying his trade in Serie B in Italy but is highly regarded by West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola and Gianluca Nani, the club’s technical director, who was at Brescia before moving to Upton Park.
Two weeks ago, Savio’s agent Patrick Bastianelli declared that the striker was being eyed by a host of clubs around the continent.
He said: We cannot forget that he was named the best player of the U19 European Championships, which Germany won by defeating Italy in the final.
He would clearly love to join Napoli, but I cannot deny that Genoa and Roma are also in the race.
Furthermore, West Ham sporting directo Gianluca Nani knows full well Savios qualities, since he worked with Brescia, and we talked about the lad a week ago, as (Gianfranco) Zola would like to bring him to London.
West Ham are also understood to be in talks with Fiorentina to take 23-year-old Daniel Pablo Osvaldo on loan until the end of the season.
The former Italian U21 international could then be purchased for around 7m in the summer.
West Ham have been seeking a striker ever since Craig Bellamy stormed out of the training ground last Friday and refused to participate in training after the club denied him permission to talk to Tottenham.

Robinho is hoping Manchester City can sign a player to match Kaka’s calibre after insisting there has not been a rift with the Premier League club.
City’s record-breaking bid to sign Kaka collapsed on Monday night after the Brazilian playmaker announced he would be staying at AC Milan.
In a double setback for City, doubts surfaced over Robinho’s future at the club after he walked out of a training camp in Tenerife in order to return to Brazil.
However, Robinho has moved to explain his decision to leave the camp and, while conceding there has been a ‘lack of communication’, says there are no problems with the club.
And, having hoped for compatriot Kaka to join him at the City of Manchester Stadium, he is now looking for owners Abu Dhabi United Group to swoop for another high-profile player.
Very happy
“According to Robinho there’s no rift between him and the club,” read a statement on his personal website at www.fobazo.com.
"He’s very happy at Manchester City. He believes in the club’s project, on its promises and proposals, and has no intention of leaving his new home.
"There has been a lack of communication somewhere, but nothing has changed.
"Since last week Robinho had asked for the club’s permission to travel in order to solve some family problems.
"Therefore, after training at Tenerife on Monday, he left for Brazil with his wife and baby and will be back in a short few days.
"He will for sure be playing on Wednesday against Newcastle and, as usual, will give his all to help the club to achieve victory.
"He is very motivated and says he wants to be the league’s top scorer. Therefore, while in Brazil with the family, he will be exercising and keeping fit for the upcoming match.
“Robinho was cheering for Kaka and hopes that the club will soon find a replacement as high level as Kaka is.”

I was referring to pissing money away on Italians, what are you referring to? Elano was a revelation last year, and would be this season too only Sparky took away his mobile phone.
And dont get me started on Vassell. Benjani would do well not tbe knocking off his PM’s wife.
