Sky say they have confirmation that Robbie Keane is about to undergo a medical in a private clinic in Essex even though Liverpool and Tottenham have yet to agree a fee. They claim that “it is Keane’s desire to come back to Tottenham”.
he needs to think of the positives…it won’t take him as long to pack all his stuff to go back to london now that the scousers took most of it when they robbed his gaff…
Just flicked on SSN at 2pm for my first Andy Burton sighting of the day. Two of his phones started ringing while he was giving the viewers a run down on the potential Roque Santa Cruz transfer and he blurted something out about Leroy Lita and Micah Richards ringing him for the laugh to put him off. He needs to be beaten to a pulp. Gimp.
If Liverpool let Keane go for cash only then it is completely bizarre. That means that only Torres, Kuyt, Babel and Ngog are the only strikers left. And only one of them is of any use.
Mind you Keane wasn’t exactly setting the world alight but I don’t understand selling him now.
Gimp on SSN at Newcastle’s training ground and every time they flick over to him he confirms that there is absoultely fuck all happening. The players and staff all went home just after he arrived early this morning as the place is covered in snow and he’s still just standing outside giving pointless reports about nothing every 20 mins. Bizarre.
Poor old harty, he was never the same after the 2002 world cup
Blackpool have announced that Ian Harte’s contract has been terminated by mutual consent.
The defender joined the Championship outfit on an initial one-month deal in December and impressed sufficiently to secure an extension.
However, Blackpool have now opted not to offer further terms and the former Leeds and Levante left-back has agreed to leave Bloomfield Road.
A statement on the club’s official website said: “Blackpool FC can confirm that defender Ian Harte has left the club after having his contract terminated by mutual consent.”
Harte, who has 64 caps for the Republic of Ireland, made five starting appearances for Blackpool during his time with the club.
