They went external. Im gutted to be honest. I was deemed appointable last time it came up. I absolutely nailed interview on Friday. Everything is very raw now, so I’m going to say no more.

I’d nearly chance asking for a raise in the next week tbh. They know you’ll be bulling they went external and you’re an asset they’ll want to retain. It’s the best leverage outside of having a job offer elsewhere to throw under their noses.
